Playing for Change records street musicians from around the world
playing the same song and creates videos of the resulting mix. Mark
Johnson, the co-founder of the movement, said he started the project
“because we wanted to find something that everybody in the world could
believe in, that could inspire us to move past the things that might
divide us” and this is exactly what music can do. This time, it was the
turn of the classic “Sittin’ On The Dock of the Bay” by Otis Redding.
